These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Munmun Fellowship Company Limited ("English Munmun", "we", "us", "our") when you enquire about, purchase, or access our English-language courses and related services. The Thai version of these Terms controls in the event of any conflict between the two languages for users located in Thailand.
By messaging our Facebook Page or Instagram account, purchasing a course, or accessing our learning platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer English-language education through three main programs:
•
Zoom Buffet — live group classes over Zoom, up to 8 classes per day, with a 4-month enrollment period. Promotional price 9,000 THB (regular 12,000 THB).
•
Private Class — one-on-one lessons with a Thai or foreign instructor. 10-session package (8,990 THB) or 30-session package (17,940 THB).
•
Self-Paced Video — lifetime access to recorded video courses covering conversation, pronunciation, and practical grammar. 6,990 THB.
Each program includes a bonus video course and, where applicable, certificates issued by Cambridge based on assessed level.
Prices and program details may change. The price and inclusions confirmed at the time of your purchase apply to your enrollment.
Our services are offered only to adults aged 20 and over. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least 20 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We do not knowingly enroll or serve minors (anyone under 20). If we discover an enrollment by a minor, we reserve the right to cancel the enrollment and refund any amounts paid, less actual service costs incurred.

Enrollment confirmation — your enrollment is confirmed when we receive full payment and you receive a written confirmation from us.
•
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer; credit/debit card via Omise (Opn Payments); PromptPay; 0% credit card installments (selected courses only).
•
Currency — all prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.
•
Receipts and tax invoices — we will issue receipts and tax invoices in accordance with Thai law.
•
Late payment — if you are on an installment plan and miss a scheduled payment, we may suspend your access until payment is received.
•
Within 5 days of payment — you may request a refund of the registration fee. Refunds are paid within 30-45 days, net of credit card processing fees.
•
After 5 days — no refund.
•
Deposits — deposits confirm enrollment and are non-refundable in all cases.
•
Installment / credit-card-installment payments — once an installment plan is in progress, payments are non-refundable.
•
Self-Paced Video course — non-refundable once you have logged in to the content.
•
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include proof of purchase.
When you use our services or communicate with our team, you agree to:
•
provide accurate information about yourself and your enrollment;
•
attend the classes you have enrolled in, or give reasonable notice if you cannot attend;
•
treat our teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect;
•
not record, redistribute, or resell our course materials, video lessons, or live sessions without our written permission;
•
not use our platforms to send spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
•
not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to anyone.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these rules.
All course materials, video content, branding, lesson plans, and software belong to Munmun Fellowship Company Limited or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning during the enrollment period. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
•
Class availability — we make reasonable efforts to maintain the schedule advertised. We may add, remove, or reschedule classes. If a class you have enrolled in is cancelled, we will offer a substitute or, if not possible, a prorated refund.
•
Force majeure — we are not liable for missed classes due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, government action, pandemic).
Our services are provided "as is". We do our best to help you improve, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a particular English proficiency level, Cambridge exam score, or career result. Your progress depends on your effort, attendance, and starting level.
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the program from which the claim arises in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the services in a way that harms us, our staff, or other students. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
We prefer to resolve disagreements quickly and amicably. Please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out in a conversation.
